I Definitely Want to Keep Making the Memories of Youth

"Aozora Pedal" is a song that reminds me of when I was acting as Takemoto-kun in "Honey and Clover".  As soon as the filming was over, we started recording (the song), and it reminded me of the strange feeling of being a lead actor.  I called the others from "Honey and Clover" to listen to the song and watch the video and see what they thought, so I was happy.  Honestly, it's a "I'm acting in a romance movie" that I thought about (laughs).  It was embarrassing!!  This PV was good again.  Nino originally proposed that there would be 3 girls and the five of us.  Of course, it would be unrequited love.  It would be a movie a special story, but we could do various interpretations for the song.  At completion, it made our chests tighten. When I think of a memory of my youth, it might be my university graduation trip.  Even at that, the 4 of us guys' chests tightened, didn't they (laughs) that kind of youthful memory, I just dont wan't it to be in the past.  From now on, whatever happens, I want to keep making those memories.

"What colors are the five of you this summer?"
Aiba-kun is yellow.  He has the voice of being kind of high.  Nino usually wears grey clothes, so he's grey.  Matsujun, for no reason, is black (laughs).  Ohno-kun is….cream color.  He seems to be mixed with various colors.  Me!?  White.  In my closet, I have a bunch of white jackets that I need to hand over.  You can call me "the noble youth with the smile" (laughs).

Chest Tightening Love, From Grade School Time

This summer tour, I choreographed two of the songs.  "Carnival Night Part 2" was first, and I just did the intro and let everyone see.  Matsujun had one complaint.  With a dance expert's power, that kind of thing would come from a guy in the center (laughs).  The result was that it was concert of a fun completion, I think!
"Aozora Pedal" really fits a movie ending.  The color of "Honey and Clover" made for a really pretty movie.  Including my own clothes, the picture looks like it was painted by watercolors.  But, I thought it was definitely like the love you had when you were in school.  My memory was from elementary school.  My friends were going bowling on a Sunday.  We shared a day off and it was nice.  In the group, there was a girl I liked, but I changed schools.  From then on, we didn't see each other anymore.  This year, a group of met up after a while.  It was nostalgic, and  it seemed like we hadn't met forever, but I was glad we could do it.  Unrequited love from long ago like that, in a legendary story way like that isn't good, is it?

Now, every one's wearing their concert colors.  Sho-kun, in the standing position, is the red ranger.  Nino, opposite from that, nonchalantly doing back up, is the yellow ranger.  Aiba is green.  One look and you'll go limp. Matsujun is purple.  With colors mixed together, from there it goes off to do various things.  I'm a calming blue.

I Tried Changing my Hairstyle. I Have to Skip Over This, I Said

I really like Suga Shikao-san (t/n: he wrote Aozora Pedal).  This time, he wrote a song for Arashi's sake, and we were really thankful.  It definitely made our hearts tighten. The melody is good, and it has special lyrics!  One part you have to hang on tight.  "With all your strength keep walking, a pedal is certainly that"  means that a song of the world that's suddenly taken away, and continuing is extremely regular words.  Suga Shikao is awesome.  Linking a movie and a song's world, I wanted this kind of unrequited love, I think.
A time of healing from that kind of feeling, it was just in this summer tour.  The time we sang "Aozora Pedal", I had a stocking on my head from the penalty game.  It was something fun, and I wore the stocking, and the audience's reaction was evidence that it was strange.  Whether it was a good or bad thing (laughs).  After the tour, recently somehow I got mad, so I thought I'd try changing my hair, well!  Soon I have to skip over that, I thought.  A new hairstyle was fun because it would get various cheering from the fans.  "I think this is good, but, for the summer heat it might be troublesome," things like that (laughs).

Aiba-chan, with an easygoing feeling, is yellow.  He attracts bugs.  Ohno-kun is bronze.  A plain look releases a conspicious color.  One look at Nino and you'll think "dull-witted" but he's actually quite sharp,  so he's oxidized silver.  Sho-kun is a roster color.  Like Aiba-chan's yellow face, naturally green, burning with a red envy for things. Me…I don't know about me!

Unrequited Love's Chest Tightening? Never Happened to Me.

Yeah, I watched "Honey and Clover". It was good.  Sho-kun got into his acting.  But, "Honey and Clover" could be written as an unrequited love chest tightening story.  It's bad, but it's never happened to me.  In my class, if I liked someone, it was involuntary.  Shall I look in the past?  Mostly, for ranking in my life, love hasn't been of that much importance.  "This love is unbearable?  Crap!" I've never said that.
Well, I really have spurned on love, but if my partner gets that kind of satisfaction, that might be fine with me.  If that chest tightening happened to me, that's not a love relationship.  For example, this time, I did voice acting in "Tekkon Kinkreet", it's an original story, and I've read the manga many times.  There was propoganda, but it was a good performance.  From their appearence in the movie, two characters went straight at it.  That's society's dissaggrement, and because it didn't go well, it's regretable.  That's painful.
I talked about it, huh.  Well, this summer, if it's possible, people should come to see Arashi's concert.  I think they'll also enjoy the movie, yeah.

Ohno-kun said it, but now, everyone is their concert colors.  That impression is strong, and they don't remind me of other colors.  For deciding everyone's colors, I'll try the image of their favorite colors.  We're in the middle of a special tour now. You never know what will happen at an Arashi concert.  Depending on how you look at it, the image changes every time.

My Chest Doesn't Tighten Everyday, but it's Fun!

Everyone's had a nostalgic sentiment once, and  the world of "Aozora Pedal" shows that.  Pictures come to mind with the lyrics, and that feeling's importance is what we want to sing about.  I'll share my link to it, too.  Well, I didn't do that (laughs). That kind of chest tightening, it hasn't happened to me!
Ah, lately, when I watched "Honey and Clover", the chest tightening happened.  Sakurai-kun is cute!!  Well, that's the only day my heart tightened (laughs), now, concerts are really fun!  As expected, people from every country having fun is the best feeling.  In the fall, we'll do a live show in Taiwan, and it should be really enjoyable.  Even though there's a wall of language, Arashi's songs get over that.  When I was in 6th grade, I saw Diana King's concert.  That was my first concert expirience.  I couldn't understand the words, but I'm glad I went.  Greetings were easily established with Japanese mixed in.  And I remember I was happy.  But, I have a hard time mixing in Chinese (laughs).  Singing in Chinese!?  That's hard!!

Matsujun is a mysterious purple.  Sho-kun is a passionate red.  He plays and works with all his power.  Nino is blue.  It's because he had blue sneakers in his Jr. era (laughs).  Ohno-kun is white...and he can paint with different greys (laughs).  I'm yellow.   From childhood, I colored in yellow because I thought it was a happy color.  I like yellow and want to be yellow.
